Train your Functional Threshold Power and Pace with sustained hard efforts and pacing strategies. Come ready to work and leave with valuable tips on how to train for faster solo riding or strong racing break-aways. Train to be strong in the wind, the first up the long hills and ‘engine’ pulling the group.
Improve your fitness with Cycling Training Sessions on Wednesday evenings. Each 4-week session will include an evening of speed specific training, threshold training, hill training and fast paceline practice. This session is open to both male and female cyclists and will take place in an environment that allows riders or all abilities to be safe and work to their individual capacity. This is performance training. Whether you’re racing or just want to be faster and more efficient on your bike, this is the session for you. Come feeling fresh and we’ll work hard!
