Training Session 3 – Day 3

Today’s training is a hill repeat how-to. Learn training tips that will move climbing to your list of cycling strengths. You’ll take home tired legs and valuable strategies for hill climbing and confident descending. We’ll determine your strongest climbing style, understand gearing and body position, plus talk about when to sit, stand, surge, and recover over various terrain.

Improve your fitness with Cycling Training Sessions on Wednesday evenings. Each 4-week session will include an evening of speed specific training, threshold training, hill training and fast paceline practice. This session is open to both male and female cyclists and will take place in an environment that allows riders or all abilities to be safe and work to their individual capacity. This is performance training. Whether you’re racing or just want to be faster and more efficient on your bike, this is the session for you. Come feeling fresh and we’ll work hard!
