Bike Handling – Road Skills for Intermediate and Advanced Cyclists

We’ll progress to advanced drills, maneuvers, and obstacles to hone your confidence, balance, and body position on the bike. We’ll eliminate any nagging questions of gearing, shifting and mechanics to keep your ride smooth and maximize your momentum. Show-off like a kid on your bike, because you’ll trust your ability like never before. We’ll tackle gravel and pot holes, proximity and contact, and get you out of your comfort zone.
In this advanced Cycling Skills Session on Monday evenings we’ll sharpen your current bike handling skills to take you to the next level. This 4-week session will include an evening each of bike handling and gearing, cornering, climbing and descending, plus group riding skills.
